My Book of Hours advent calendar prompts officially ended yesterday but here is a bonus one:
Write a ONE WORD intention/theme for the upcoming year.
Today is Christmas and there is this partially obscured full moon surrounded by a purply pink haze. This week I am reflecting on this past year and some possibilities for my word for 2016.
I began this one word tradition in 2007, inspired by this project.
Over the next week, I am going to post my process for choosing a word. This is my favourite time. A full circle moment of looking back, looking right here, and looking ahead.
If you want to join me on this journey for this next week, grab a small journal and get ready for some simple prompts to help reveal the word that is waiting to guide you in the new year.
Merry Christmas, Happy Full Moon, and have a beautiful night.
(Hint: The quote today in my Book of Hours by James Joyce has something to do with the theme I am thinking of for 2016…)
