I am grateful for being vulnerable.
Today I taught my first workshop in years.
My Book of Hours Workshop is a culmination of my practice of self-care for the last few months. It is about re-writing your story by being aware of who you are right now with the help of wisdom from others who have walked before you. It is a way for me to share my story and impart the knowledge that we are not alone. We have the collective consciousness of humanity and our connection with each other to help us out. We all feel the same things. We all are just trying to do our best. It is a way to learn how to trust yourself again and your own intuition with a simple practice that shows you how to listen to your heart again and what makes it sing.
For me, I was happy to share it all. For this project, I was the guinea pig. I had no idea it would turn into this journey into myself. I experimented with faith, hope, and peace. I was willing to create a different story of myself and the world I see.
A huge thank you to Rowena at Paper Plus Cloth who made the most beautiful kits with custom stickers (see above pic for some of them) and for being an amazing and supportive collaborator!
And…a big thanks, from the bottom of my heart, to all those who attended my class today. Your faces reflected back what I was feeling – joy and gratitude. I laid it all out with complete vulnerability and openness, sharing everything I have learned. It was an intimate gathering of people who were open to possibility, who were willing to see. I learned so much tonight about my life and my message tonight. Thank you.
42 days of gratitude…giving thanks for it ALL.
Tomorrow, I will post more details on my next intro workshop coming up in late October!
